Upgrade

I need to upgrade 7.3.0 to higher version.

Please teach me where can I get upgrade files.

You can find all dolphin upgrades 7.x to 7.4.x here:

You do need to apply each 1 x 1. You can't skip and go directly to 7.4.x.

They must be applied in order.

Please backup your site before upgrading just in case.

Also there have been issues with 7.4.x reported. You might want to wait on 7.4.x

Yes, backup your site files and your database.  The upgrades will change files and database structure.
