Updating Meta tags

Hi all,

Can someone point me out as to on which file I can update the Meta tags for both description and keywords?

Dolphin 6.1x in admin panel:
Settings
-Meta Tags

Here you can change site description and keywords, not much you can do in the admin panel in d6.1x to change  individual pages though.

Site title can be changes in /inc/header.inc.php
