Upcoming Event -> Recent Event before it happens

An event created to occur at a certain date and time is no longer considered an Upcoming Event and becomes a Recent Event on the date it is scheduled regardless of the time it is scheduled to occur.

For example, if you create an Event scheduled to occur later today, it will appear as a Recent Event when it is created.

It's important for site visitors to see an event in Upcoming Events until the time it concludes (Event End Date/Time).

Hello hpsiorg!

When Event is still active it will be shown in "Upcoming", so names of pages are correct. From our look there is no contradiction.

With the best regards, Leonid

 Not clear on your answer:

When Event is still active it will be shown in "Upcoming", so names of pages are correct. From our look there is no contradiction.

Do you mean this will be fixed so an event will remain in Upcoming Events until its End date and time have passed?

Yes, the event will be visible in "Upcoming" till the end date.
