Under Construction

I am new to Boonex/Forum, is anyone among you who could help me put my new site in "Under Construction" mode.

option 1: you have a splash page for $15 under construction maybe somthing for you to use.

option 2: otherwise create simple under construction html page and upload to root.

That's your best bet for $10.  or you could upload an index.html page or add your ip to the .htaccess file to use allow from....
