Unconfirmed member deleted when unchecked

I just ran into a problem in the Admin Panel in Members. I was cleaning house and selected the first 50 unconfirmed members, then unselected 3 of them. I clicked delete and all 50 were removed, deleting the 3 I unchecked. Not looking to trying it on active members ;) 

Yeah! A definite problem with the mass delete. I had 150 unconfirmed users, 3 pages, went to the last page and selected all and delete. Well I don't know why, but all the first page and the last page were deleted. :( 

Yes, I have seen this as well, if you select all, it remains select all even if you uncheck some of them; this is not the standard behaviour the way selecting all and then unchecking some is suppose to work.  One needs to be aware that with Dolphin once you select all, the select all stays even if you uncheck some of the entries.
