Unable to edit or delete blogs

This was brought to my attention by a member. He wanted to edit his blog and couldn't. I logged into the admin panel and found I could not edit or even delete a blog. When I click edit or delete the yes or no pop ups but when I click just goes back to the same blog with no changes. I tried replacing some files etc. but no joy. Has anyone else had this issue and maybe fixed it?

Are your permissions correct?

That was the 1st thing I checked, yes they are. I wish it were that simple
