Unable to buy a licence, please help..

I tried to send this message via support and then to Andrew but it would not send,

Hope you had a good Christmas. I wonder if you could give me some advice.
 
I have been trying to buy several more Dolphin Unlimited licences at $99 for the past few days now, but the system does not seem to be working. It will allow me to tick the box and select 'unlimited license, but after that, it does not present me with any payment options. I had the same difficulty buying my first licence.  
I have tried to send a message via the support page using the pre-sales and contact BooneX, but it only allows me to write in the box, not post a message.  Can you let me know if there is something else I need to do to pay via paypal so that I can buy licences before the offer expires.

Just for the record. Because of many of the negative reviews on the Boonex forum, I spent months considering the decision to buy a Dolphin licence, but when I did, I was pleasantly surprised, because not only did it load instantly using softaculous, but it also seems to be working perfectly too, on just a standard non-reccommended uk web host, I already have a hosting agreement with. I am a little concerned about what market upgrades to buy as I don't want to break something that is working so well as so far, I am very happy with the way things are going.
 
So I was hoping to buy more licences before the xmas special finishes. I actually have over 100 domain names and would like to start getting many of them online, are there any multiple licences and what exactly is a developer licence...

It will be new years eve for you guys in an hour or so, so I am not expecting a reply from anyone at Boonex, I just assumed the sales system would be automated and would allow me to buy more licences anytime.

I just bought mine yesterday and had a problem after I selected the unlimited license. After I select it the we browser would work so I refresh the page and it worked. What browser are you using?

Hi Im using IE and it worked fine for me when I bought my first licence.

I have tried refreshing the page and dumping the history etc, but no matter what I do, payment methods don't appear on the page after selecting the licence I need.

I have read many people change to alternative browsers, in order to make things work with Dolphin, but  it seems stupid to do this, because  90% of my potental  clients in the UK use IE. If I make something in Dolphin work in Firefox, but it doesnt work in Explorer, I will alienate the majority of my users.

Today someone reported a fault with my site, It is only possible to  vote for a members profile once. So it appears that no one can ever get onto the leaders board, because it is not possible to accumulate the necesary votes, as a member cannot be voted for more than once!

I noticed someone posted a fix for this, which involved about an hour of recoding and looked almost impossible for a novice like myself.

Any help with a easy solution to fix this would be greatfully recieved.

Its the 3rd January, so I assume everyone is back at work, yet  I still cannot see any payment options on the Dolphin licence page. Have you tried sending a direct email to agents@boonex.com?
