Two Flash modules ask for registration

Been at this one for a while, even solved it once but cant remember how. Every time I install everything goes great right up until i click on flash under extentions, everything installs exept 2 modules the desktop and video comments both ask for me to register all others enable automaticaly, pretty sure its a perission issue, but since they have same permissions as the others dont understand what could be cuasing this..

got it, The permission repoting doesnt work well, after changing permissions on fcgi install they report that they are not installed but are all working..
