I know this thread maybe should be posted on the Market space, but I'd like to get your feedback first whether or not this is doable ?
I was wondering if we can turn Chat+ like Whatsapp by developing a whatsapp-like interface on top of Chat+ ? if so, please send me a PM - I am willing to invest..
OR is there an open source App such as Whatsapp or Viber I can use for this purpose w/o reinventing the wheels..
