Translation problem

recheck - are your translated file saved in XML language?

try to update Orca to latests version.

Recheck your 'orca\inc\util.inc.php ' file,

latests function, are this is function echo_utf8 ($s)  ?

next, execute phpinfo function, .. look in result, are here any non-utf results (possible 1251 and koi8) ?
meybe this is just host issue

i checked all and everything is OK.

i have the latest version of orca and there arent non utf results in phpinfo.

but i still see like "??????????"

Please, can you try this at any free another host? Just to check

Just because I have many customers that alls haven`t any troubles with russian lang
