Translate email templates and more

As many have realized, Dolphin has a great capability to install new languages via language keys. The problem, not everything is in language keys...this makes multi-lingual site have to write all emails, admin news, admin polls, etc. in duplicate languages showing up twice...

My site is 6.1.6

I want my site modified so I choose what shows for each language in these categories:
-site emails
-admin news
-admin polls
(possibly more if I think of it)

AntonLV has an old mod that did the emails, but its not compatible with 6.1.6 he said. This seems to be exactly what I would want, but for emails, admin news, and admin polls.
