Transfer Members from 7.0.9 to 7.1

I am combining two platforms, one is in 7.0.9 and the other in 7.1; Is there a safe way to transfer members from a website to another?

Are you not going to upgrade your 7.09 site to 7.10?

No, the website will be eliminated. That's why i am transferring the members.

I would suggest cloning your 7.09 site and installing it on your new domain. Then run the 7.1 upgrade. If you choose otherwise, you will have to do a lot of manual file transfers and SQL scripts.
