Transfer Data from D7 to Another?

Is this possible in a safe simple way?    Something like Data migration, just from D7 to D7

Just copy your mysql data and install in new Dolphin.

So what about members photos etc. ?

In usual cases need to transfer also data and files folders from every BoonEx module. For example - photos are stored in modules/boonex/photos/data/files. For video it will be flash/modules/video/files.
