Tracking Referrals - Tracking Ads - Google Analytics

I have Dolphin 7.0.6
I have Google Analytics and modzzz's Ultimate Referrals mod.
So I can track who referered who to the site through the Ultimate Referrals mod.
But I was hoping to get a bit more granular in tracking.
For instance, I have several links in Facebook and in Google and banners on various other content sites.
How do I know who "signed up" from which link?
Using Google Analytics I can see that I got X visitors from Facebook and Y visitors from Google etc...
But I cannot tell which particular link got them to my site.
I am not talking about visitor tracking.
I am talking about "SIGN UPS TRACKING".
I have extra query string like
http://www.mysite.com/?ad=Google1
http://www.mysite.com/?ad=Google2
http://www.mysite.com/?ad=Google3
http://www.mysite.com/?ad=Facebook1
http://www.mysite.com/?ad=Facebook2
http://www.mysite.com/?ad=Facebook3
http://www.mysite.com/?ad=Facebook4
etc....
But how do I capture this after sign up?

I have used a mod in ZenCart shopping cart that allowed me to see what ad campaign and which search term the "BUYER" came through to make the "purchase". In other words, the tracking went all the way to the final checkout and the Thank You page after the purchase.
Any suggestions?
