Tor Browser Users

Hello, I have problem with some members on my website. They are using Tor Browser for access. I know theirs original ip's and I have banned them. How can I block them from accessing with Tor. Thank you in advance...

Do a web search for Tor exist nodes.

It's not easy to block the exit nodes as they are updated regularly. It's better to pay for a service that does this for you, create a script which downloads and blocks IP's of tor exit nodes (likely paying a service to pull the exit nodes into your script), or use a CDN provider which also does this for you through their firewall rules.

Other options include:

• putting a firewall in front of your website, block Tor exit nodes automatically from there - the firewall software/device will have to support this
• implement mod_security under Apache and pay a provider for Tor exit nodes to block

Easiest solution is probably using cloudflare and using their firewall to block all tor traffic. Search about that, I have never tried that.

You can use DNS-BL services from the provided URL, you can use some of existing or add new ones in:

Admin Panel > Tools > Antispam Tools > DNS Blocklists
