Tip:video recording from phone using java uploader

I just discovered this, in case some didn't know that.

I'm on samsung galaxy 3 android phone. Click on java uploader,  select 'choose file' button and choose Camcorder option. You can then record video and save it, hit continue. The video will then upload.

Not bad... that's the closest to direct video recording off your phone you can get. I have to warn you though, uploading HD video takes forever. Thought I'd share my tip.

Thanks for sharing. Though, It would be little tricky to explain it to your site members. :)

I was confused at the Java Uploader term - then realized you ment Regular upload. But, yeah, it works like a charm. Wish there was a way to have this feature for video comments as opposed to the current method. The current method does not open my camera on any of my devices because it is using flash, and there is no more support for flash on Android :(
