As my previous post wasn't resolved ans others are also experiencing the same problem, I'm now reporting this as a bug:
The Timeline Options menu (top Right of block) gives confusing results:
All Posts - Displays posts made by the member only.
Posts by Member - Empty despite having made several posts
Posts by others - Empty
