Time and date on diferent zone...

My server is located in America,Dalas and i live in Serbia (Europe). There is 9 hours time diference... So, when message is sent for example in 10:00 hours in my time, the user will get the message says it has been sent on 01:00... Should have the possibility in the admin panel that admin can change this. I tried to change .httaccess file, but no efect when you are on shared host...

It isn't possible to have the server put the message time-stamp based on the sender's timezone.  The time stamp is based on the server settings and trying to spoof otherwise will not work.  If you are VPS or dedicated change your server time to be what you want. Otherwise you can put on the site and in the email templates that all timestamps are -6 GMT (for Dallas) so they can calculate when it was sent if it was that important.
