Thought Process?

Is it safe to say that there is a complete package thought in the way Dolphin is marketed.  The entire package being mobile apps and website.  But release of 7.1 as "FINAL" comes before the new changes are complete(d) or approved by Apple? Is the reason this is true is because there is such a separation of the mobile apps and the website in the minds of Dolphin?  Market as a package but release a different product?  I really hope at some point there is an active attempt to make these mobile apps seamless and not treat them like a welcomed marketing addition.  The separation is so obvious in the way they are used.  If only to embrace them both as what could be a MAJOR draw to the entire combined platform.  To ignore the mobile platform thinking the market will pick up the slack is a mistake IMHO!
