I thought this was a very slick idea when I first saw it. 

Although I thought the version "timeline" looked like it was in reverse.  At first glance I thought it was compatible with the older versions and not with the newer versions... Than I read the version labels below.

Intuitively newer is to the right (like reading English) and past is to the left (like the backspacing or going to a previous browser page).  I wouldn't get caught up in people reading "?" marks first on the listing.
