Things missing in A/V chat

For some strange reason, things are all of a sudden missing from chat. The list with members is gone, smilesets are not showing, and the captions for the boxes on the right are displaying the word "caption". Where a "cancel" button is supposed to show, it reads "OK". I've attached an image to show what I mean. I've uninstalled and reinstalled chat, but nothing helps. I just updated to dolphin 7.09 and even that didn't help. Does anyone have any idea what it could be?

wow i have never seen that before,, i have seen people having issues with the rooms disappearing everytime the chat gets empty

I've tried everything, I don't know what caused it. I have the latest version, and even tried dumping the tables from the database and starting new, nothing helps.

delete cache

Cache would have nothing to do with flash.

This is strange because it is flash;

I know you un installed and reinstalled but have you tried to reupload only the chat flash files in the flash/modules/chat directory from your desktop?

it can be you missing some item key inside this file!!
or the file is damaged

open file flash/modules/chat/langs/english.xml

look after this code:

Can anyone else help? I've tried EVERYTHING. I've reinstalled chat, rms, recompiled language, nothing seems to help. What is making the word CAPTION show up in chat like that? 2 ok button's on the settings gui, plus if you click on smiley's, nothing happens. You can see the smileypack names, but not the smiley faces themselves on the settings popup. I've tried everything multiple times, but nothing is helping this.

I would think recompiling language would take care of the CAPTION, but even that doesn't help. I've attached a screenshot, the first one got deleted on the server.

Chat fixed / resolved.. Upload new flash folder rename the old  redo permission and reinstalled if neccessary its a bit of steps but worth it..

He hired me me to TS (troubleshoot)  but i want to post here incase someone is having trouble...
