Hey Cuhkrain! I think you'll find that there are a lot of features, files, pages, code etc missing from the source so I wouldn't worry about it too much. Affiliates and Moderators are still in the D7. Remember it's only beta!!! :) It's far from being completed! |
Affiliates was completely removed from Dolphin 7 It will be back in future versions, but not in 7.0.0 Rules → http://www.boonex.com/terms |
Oh, thanks for the info AlextT. :) |
Thanks AlexT for letting me know.... the Affiliate Program is a BIG part of the building of my membership... I will also wait for the future Dolphin with Affiliate installed..... I hope boonex improves on it and makes it 3 TIER with multiple pay schedules!!!!!! A mod add on would be nice.... I would pay for a good 3 Tier Affiliate Program. I ALSO hope that boonex would make the username/nickname & affiliate ID the same and allow a new member to Simply Click a "CHECKBOX" to become an Affiliate during sign-up! Blaine. Thanks in Advance, Blaine |
Yeah, I agree, Affiliates & Moderators feature are needed items for most of us. Though Moderators are available through different mean, Affiliates are not. I also have a question can I add another Admin with limited permissions ? |
I am working on integrating a 3rd party affiliate program.

I would be VERY interested in a GOOD (up to) 3 TIER Affiliate Program with Multiple Pay Schedules. It would be PERFECT if the Affiliate ID would be the same as the username/nickname of the member. ( IE: http://isexclub.net/?idfriend=blaine ) Also, when a member signs up I think that the Affiliate Process should be automatic (in the background).... It would be then up to the member if they wish to utilize it. If your familiar with the Affiliate Program for the "x-cart shopping program", it is a very good/flexible program. Please keep me up to date on the progress. Thanks, Blaine. Thanks in Advance, Blaine |
I too REALLY need a "3 TIER" Affiliate model!! My company structure depends on it and if it can't be done, then I may have to give up on BoonEx and Dolphin, which I don't want to do! |
The setup that I am looking at would require affiliates to open an account using the affiliate portal.

For those wanting an affiliate system, you have two options: A) Download and install Dolphin 6.1.6, using it as the base for your community. B) Wait for the affiliate system to be added back into Dolphin, which I expect will be in Dolphin 7.1. This is fun. Hey Leather SportB, How long do you antisapate until the release of your affiliate system. If you need any testers let us know |
HI, I found iDevAffiliate and it looks promising for "any" version of Dolphin. I've talked to their support team and when they have time they are going to look into adding Dolphin in their list of Cart Integrations but in the meantime.... You simply add a generic tracking pixel in the sale confirmation page of your cart system. And the best part is....... iDevAffiliate can be used by UNLIMITED WEBSITES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more bang for your buck all under on roof! No need to wait for an add-on from Dolphin, let's start making money NOW! Let's all keep in touch (here) on the progress, setting-up & functionality of iDevAffiliate! Blaine. Thanks in Advance, Blaine |
I looked at iDevDirect and see that they now have a Boonex Dolphin 7 integration. Has anyone tried this? Does it work with recurring memberships and the Dolphin Subs mod? Thanks! |
