I experience some problems.

I was away from Boonex Script for some time due to no Internet and I have just installed the latest version of Dolphin.

My payments does not function correctly. Anything I should check to resolve this problem.?

Please specify your trouble more. Did you see any errors due to this process? Have the payment been processed? Did you see anything suspicious in the log of your payment provider?

popup the minute a member try to add product to the cart..

PayPal works just fine with other options..

It looks like you didn't setup the Payment provider settings on this page Dashboard->Payments. Setup in the admin isn't enough when you sell the product on the site.
