You should probably downgrade your php to 5.3.

I don't know how dolphin is running on IIS?

I use php5.3, upload music is often a 500 error, so I want to replace php5.4

the reason for upload 500 error might be something else. You need 5.3 to run dolphin

I already reported this for php 5.4 for windows.  all you need to do is open that file and remove the _ in _files and the site should load for you then.

If you don't want to changes files then you must use 5.3 for sure. 

Trouble can elaborate?Language relations and the first use, it is not clear!

If i was in you, i would follow the solutions indicated by either Prashank25 (downgrade to the previous version, 5.3) or the one given by Dolphin_Jay (to modify manually the code).

Oh and just for the record, i couldn't make run Dolphin on the latest Php version too, downgrading to the previous release made everything running again smoothly, there was a warning message suggesting me to upgrade when the new version (of Php) was released, but doing so, it messed up everything...
