As I'm getting ready to finish up my third day without email and almost as long waiting for a reply from tech support, I can't help but remember how different things used to be with Zarconia as my host. Regardless of the time of day, I doubt I had to wait more than 45 minutes for a response to submitting a ticket. That was before Boonex took over.

Processing that change of hosting now, but to have to say goodbye to something that *used* to be so very good isn't pleasant. It's looking more and more like Dolphin will be the same, as well.
