The Flash on Frontpage

I have looked all over can someone tell me where the flash information is help.  I have selected HTML and save but I need to get rid of the border thats in the place where the flash is.  Can someone tell me where it is?

What flash are you referring to ???  Please be more specific.

I am talking about the main flash on the front page of all dolphin sites.  I believe the class is promo_code_wrapper.  I have loked in both of the general.css files and I am having a problem finding it for some reason.  If you want to see what I am refering to take a look at my site at http://www.basepals.com

I need to get rid of the border that I right underneath my topmenu.

Ok I finally found what I was digging for it is in the \templates\tmpl_uni\css\general\index.css to get rid of the border

.promo_code_wrapper
{
border:0px solid #ccc;
margin-bottom:10px;
padding:10px;
}

This is if you can't do what's needed in the HTML spot in the admin-Settings-Basic Area.
