It does not make any sense that a member can make his/her GROUP featured, but then for FILES, only the ADMIN area can make a File "Featured".
Why can the member make some things "Featured" and others not?
Either allow members to "Feature" ALL of their own items (files, blogs, groups, etc) or not allow them to "Feature" anything!
This applies to everything...
Files
Groups
Blogs
Sounds
etc etc.
