Text for the popup box of friend requests

Because the pop up box comes and goes, I cannot get a lock on it to help me find the CSS file that controls the font colors. This needs change badly as the font is Black with a black border and displayed on dark grey, very hard to see.

I mainly need to know which folder the CSS file is located in and which one it is at the moment. Any one have a clue?

yes I believe this is the pop-up that I am referring to, but that thread does not help me in any way. I'm not looking for one of any specific pop-up alert, as they are all displayed the same. I just need to change the font color of the username displayed.
