Terms of Use/Over 18 buttons not working?

Hi all,

I am in 6.1.6 and last night made a test profile but was able to get the profile through without clicking that I was over 18 or that I had agreed to the Terms of Use.

Any thoughts on how to enforce this?

You need to set those items to "Mandatory" by checking the box in the Builders -> Field Builders -> Profile -> Terms of Use/DOB -> Advanced tab.

The Age Verification is/was tagged as mandatory, and the Terms of Use just says 'System', so it doesn't allow me to go to any Advanced Settings tabs.  Do you know how to get deeper into a 'System' Type to ensure it's mandatory?
