Terms of Service Questions (About my Dolphin Site)

Hey There,

I run my own dolphin site, with your pre-made TOS, I was just wondering in the Development of Dolphin if this agreement was ever looked over by a legal firm to make sure they would stand up in court. 

Just curious, and want to make sure I take the proper action, as my site is actually growing, at a fast rate.
