Templates question

Hello,

I am seriously considering upgrading my dating website from our current script to Dolphin 7.  But all the sites I´ve seen using D6 or D7 look basically the same. Can I have a designer do a custom template design that fits my needs but is completely different than UNI?  Does he have to have special Boonex knowledge or just HTML experience?

What If I decide to buy a website template from a company like templatemontser.com would it work with Boonex?

Does anyone have links to actual D6 or D7 (preferably) which have a completely different template design?
