Template suggestions

I'm looking for template suggestions. My site will be for small business owners and entrepreneurs to network with each other. I'm not looking for a corporate feel. Something more modern, friendly, hip. I'd like it to be easy to use and easy to work with as I'm pretty illiterate when it comes to this stuff. Happy to pay for decent one. Must have good support.

I'm surprised no-one has come forward on this.
