I know there are different kinds of tags but the ones I'm curious about are the tags that you can enter when posting a graphic, video, blog, etc. I tried a sample tag on a video then searched that tag word and it didn't find it.
What function do the tags serve and what is their proper use? (comma delimited, one word or phrase, etc.)
