Ok so here is another issue, if i'm logged in as admin, then homepage > dashboard, i'm taken to a white screen with the following title on browser tab https://chinch...page/dashboard
I then log out, login with different account > homepage > dashboard, i notice that the browser tab is displaying the correct title which is "dashboard."
basically i cant view dashboard page while logged in as admin.
Can someone throw a life line over here?

Try to remove (disable) blocks from (on) Dashboard page one by one to find out the block which cause this problem. Then post results here, so we'll be able to reproduce the problem. Rules → http://www.boonex.com/terms |

I'm assuming that your instructing me to go Studio>Pages>system>Dashboard and disable 1 by 1 the blocks?
If so, wouldn't it be that if one block is causing the problem, wouldn't it cause the problem to all account levels ? Cause the admin account is the only account that has that issue. Just asking.

Yes

If only admin accounts are affected, then first try to remove/disable blocks which are visible to admins.

So there is blank page when you remove all blocks from dashboard page ? Rules → http://www.boonex.com/terms |

Blank screen usually means some error, but to see the actual error you need to inspect your log files. If it's impossible to hard to find, then you can try to enable display_errors php setting, so you will see the actual error instead of blank screen. Rules → http://www.boonex.com/terms |
