TIP: Cooking with Jalapenos, etc..

Remember folks... When cooking with fresh Jalapenos and other incendiary peppers, wash your hands BEFORE using the restroom.

if you are reading this, what HL means is: be sure that you cover your hands all over with fresh Jalapenos BEFORE you use the restroom ... apparently you get  a very warm feeling when taking pee!

Habanero  peppers are quite hot, as you can see from this woman's reaction to putting one in her mouth. It would be more pleasant to be hit in the face with pepper spray, than do what this woman does... trust me on this one.

Here's the tip:

Water = useless

Coke = useless

Anything water based = useless

To survive such an episode, take a slug of something with fat content.  Whole milk is good, ice cream works, even vegetable oil will work in a pinch.
