TICKET_CREATE privileges are blah blah

Received this error whenever I tried to create a support ticket.

"TICKET_CREATE privileges are required to perform this operation"

How can I, a premium member, create a support ticket?

Trac has a separate login system.

Try going here. http://www.boonex.com/trac/dolphin/newticket

Then look for a logon link. Top right of trac window.

When entering your ID and password. Match case. I believe both ID and Password are case-sensitive.

It's the like "No way can there be something WRONG with this site. Nope, no way, no how. You must be full of crap."

Well, guess you can take a number and file a complaint like everyone else. And be ignored like everyone else.
