TERMS OF USE language settings is this correct ?

in the terms of use it states
2 Credit card details

{0} will never ask for Credit Card details and request that you do not enter it on any of the forms on {0}.

is this not incorrect advice for sites that have payed membership or use the store :O)

Because the sites actually never takes or stores any credit card info. I do not believe Dolphin is setup to do that. The payment mode is PayPal or one of those methods. Which is actually better for a site owner anyway.

Too many security and liability issues when you take credit card info, especially if you want to store and use it again.

At least this is what i understand.
