I think it's a common problem for vendors.
Many times the customers require support for a products using the review area.
This is the first issue, a visitor is confused because here there are not only reviews but also request of support.
The second problem it's that this requests were done without the rate for the product (the stars for the vote).
So, my question is: Whay do you think about ?
For example, can be assigned a moderator to remove the support request from the review of a market post?
