I AM NOT - i really would like to get the products i have paid for and go on with my work!!!!!!!!!

 

Please understand that this forum is viewed by Dolphin users that are unpaid to offer help and advice on their own time. If you bought something and did not receive it, please contact the person you bought it from to see what the delay is.

 
Ok, so it's been over a week now and the developer has not responded to your messages?

Only the developer can help with this. Boonex cannot.

So i would file a dispute/chargeback, get your money back from paypal, and move on and find another developer to purchase themes from.

Yeah - i have wrote to paypal in an open case.

But i think boonex should react when some guys in the marketplace DONT sell their products anymore.

I cant write a feedback because "You have not bought the product" - Ha ha ha......
