1 - add Online to country dropdown or make it a checkbox that grays out Country as an option that needs to be selected. Many of use operate only online events so this should be an option.
2 - Add a cost field. It should be a text field and it should be required.
3 - Add a Website field so the website for more information (if there is one) doesn't get lost in the description. This should be optional.
4 - I assume Place Name is actually for the Venue? If not, what is it for? If so, it should be changed to Venue because Place Name is way too ambiguous.
5 - City and Place Name/Venue should not be mandatory fields.
6 - Entering a time should be a drop-down or manual entry. That click thing is just obnoxious. At the very least, start the clock at 00:00 not the current time.
7 - Events that span multiple days should show on all of the days not just the start day.
8 - There should be an "add to calendar" button so people can add it to their outlook or google calendar. As much as we hope people will be using our sites for everything it's just not true so we should make it easy to integrate our site into their IRL world.
