Subscription bug

When a member subscribes to another members' profile, this subscription is not being removed from the database when this member deletes his profile.

 

As a result, the notify system keeps sending the message :

A message that you sent contained no recipient addresses, and therefore no delivery could be attempted.

 

Where can I find those subscriptions in the database ?

 

Can this be reported as a bug please ?
