Subscribers & the Mass Mailer

When I type an email address into the Subscribe box - it appears to accept it but generates no on-screen confirmation nor does it send a confirmation email to the subscribing email.  Is this by design?

If so where is the list of subscribed emails?

I tried to use the mass mailer to send some email tests - they didnt arrive - they go into a queue - I assume I have to do something server side from cPanel - a cron job is that right? What do I need to configure this?

thanks for your help

check your tweak settings and see if you have mail from nobody@server.domain.com blocked from being sent out? that is one thing i know that will cause this.

also, you can send a support ticket to your hosting provider and ask that they help you get that setup. it is server side if they are going in queu.

sorry about that, its a whm/cpanel setting. but have your host take a look at why your mail is not going out on the server from the script.
