Subnavigation Menu Manager

I like it.

A couple of questions;

I wonder if it would get confusing for users and more importantly how would this work with templates designed by other vendors?

I have released a newer version of the plugin. Version 2.0

.Now the plugin have a style manager and some more functionalities!

Unfortunatelly now it´s a commercial product and the price is $45.

But if you have already download my plugin I will give you it for free, if you want.

Added Features of Version 2.0

1. Design your row according to your needs.
2. Set background color, background image, border color and more style options to design your submenu rows!
3. Style your links according to your needs. Change size, color weight and alignment.
4. Choose if only the link, the icon or both of them should be displayed!
5. Now the icon are clickable and have the target link
6. Also you can show only the icon instead of the link.

First of all thanks and congrats for this free mod...

Secondly, i have some problem as i installed your mod as per instructions and added links in the admin section, still nuthing is visible on frontend. I tried on both the native template as well as my custom template.

Please try this:

1. Login into your admin panel
2. Open the module "Subnavigyation Manager"
3. Click the tab Settings
4. Just click the Save button to activate the plugin again
5. Do you have insert the piece of code in your _sub_header.html how I described in readme file?

Does it works now?

If not, it´s no problem. Just send me a pm with your login data, and I will install the new Version 2.0 for free.

now I release a newer version 2.1 with the possibility to translate the links in other languages to use it bilingual.

Also I have reduce the price now to $29 thru 12/31/2011.

I had some probs installing it on my site and when i asked him, he responded instantly and did it for me.

Hi, its working good except one problem, there is one underscore before each link. see the image. :)

 Hi saurav121, now the underscores are showing because now the links are translateble. This is important, if you have multilanguage files installed.

It means you have to translate the link name WITH underscore in your language menu.

If you want a HowTo to translate the links just let me know and I will post it here.

here is the HowTo:

Example: We want to create a link with the Caption Index.

1. If you edit / create a link keep in mind the Caption field is important
2. The caption in the form should not have the underscore! Just type in our example Index in caption field.
3. After you created / edited your link go to Settings->Languages Settings
4. Click on Add Key
5. Type in the Key name fields your Caption WITH underscore like _Index
6. Choose the category Xeluan Subnavigation
7. Type in your wanted text in string text field for every installed language.
8. Click Save
9. Now your Caption should be visible without underscore

In my download, root folder and all others...there is a missing file. Downloaded again...same thing. Below is the instructions and the missing file

2. Open the file on your server /templates/base/_sub_header.html

therefore, I cannot insert any code as instructed...I am assuming that I am to look for this in the files that I uploaded for the program

also...as I just tried to install the mod...it failed...not compatible with my version-which is 7.1

The module is not yet updated for 7.1.
You find for what modules it is compatible in the Market info. See below. 

Requirements: 7.0.0 - 7.0.1 - 7.0.2 - 7.0.3 - 7.0.4 - 7.0.5 - 7.0.6 - 7.0.7 - 7.0.8

Since it was never updated for 7.9 either the developer may have dropped this module. Would be a pity since it's a nice little module. Contact the developer directly and keep your fingers crossed that he still wants to support it.

I´m very very unhappy I neglected the developing of my mods and the support for you guys.

During the course of recent months it was very stressfull for me. I had a creative pause and I socialised a lot as a software architect and project manager for next generation social communities and content managment systems.

I´m so sorry! But now the long waiting came to an end and I´m back.

• With a lot of experiences.
• With a lot of ideas
• With a lot of drive! :)

But also I´m down to earth, so I now, only many hands (and brains) make powerfull, modular and easy to use modules.

Therefore I need you guys? But for what?

For many feedbacks of my complete xeluan suite of next gen social modules for dolphin.

The suite will contain many free mods and also enterprise ready commercial mods.

I´m currently work hard to release the first plugins for the newest dolphin. Please be patient in the next 2 weeks. I will inform all my clients and fans as soon as the first package is ready.
