Submit/Save button image missing

Hi all

When you view the join or profile edit page, at the bottom there should be a submit/save button to click. Although you can click it (if you know it's there) the image is missing. On the template i'm using, hitting enter does save the inputted information, but i would like users to be able to click on the image. How would i get it to display correctly again. It shows up on the default UNI template, but not on the one i'm using. You can view the problem HERE .

Solved it thanks, just incase anyone else needs this, it's the files pedit and join
