Submit Buttons Not Working

I need help. I have been working on this problem for months. On my site www.hesoutthere.com when you click the Submit button on the Join Now page or any of the other pages nothing happens. I don't get an error or anything it just sits there. I have viewed it in Firefox and IE and nothing. I need this resolved ASAP.

Dear Customer!

We have inspected your join form page and found out that you have the following code on it:
<div class="clear_both" style="background-color:#FFFFFF;></div>
while it should look like
<div class="clear_both" style="background-color:#FFFFFF;"></div>

so, as you can see, somebody tried to make a modifications and forgot to close the quotes.
You need to find out where this code resides and fix it.
