Strart thread again "A Mod I'd Like" as adults

Has someone created a mod like this:

Creation of pet profiles similar to the person/owners profile (with the ability to add as many pet profiles as needed) with ability to add pictures. Ability to enter into the different pet profiles and make comments.

Yes I think this would be a great mod maybe it's something that can be done with Dolphin 7 as they are plannning on changing the structure of couple profiles * better get your request in quick as it might have to wait until Dolphin 7.1*

Or you can pop over to expertzzz.com and make a request, I suggest contacting Dolpinmods *have a feeling Victor and Anton etc are busy at the mo working on Dolphin 7/Spunky*

We need more features/mods like this that will set us apart from facebook/myspace etc...

I think pet profiles are a great idea. I'm not sure how much I could contribute to the development of the idea, but I do like it. I think that it would be a serious undertaking and would likely cost quite a bit.

This would be a great mod.

Job Description
Members to be able to create profiles for their pets with relevant fields, ratings and uploads available etc, members pets must be able to be shared amongst approved members ie amongst family members as lots of pets belong to families, pets should be able to be friends with other pets *think dog walkers meeting in the park or meeting at pet shows*

Polls, quizzes etc could be set on behalf by profile owners eg how much do you know about moggy the cat, where do you think the best dog walks are?
Would like 10% of sales if later added as a mod on expertzzz/boonex

yeah, why don't you just set up the profile as a couple, one being you and the other your pet, won't that work??

Because people often own multiple pets and also I don't want to lose couple profiles *what do you do if a couple own a pet or pets* and I have lots of other features in mind tooooooo.......

Ok, so add an extra field on your profile type, thats all to it..Name it whatever you want:

I pay for the mod to be developed *developer doesn't run any risks* then I get back my extra costs/risks from a small percentage of sales, this would give incentive for community owners to understand their members needs and get more mods developed....

The developer would own the mod while agreeing to give a percentage back to the person who bankrolled it....

It's a win/win situation for everyone :-)
