Strange numbers in page source code

Anybody know where these numbers come from and why they are there? It's right after the copyright info in the footer of every page.

For example:

<div class="bottomCpr">Copyright &copy; 2012<!-- 7 2 1 65 12 --></div>

This is Dolphin version mixed with different numbers to stop bots to identify the exact version.

Thanks for the info, but i don't understand why such numbers can stop a bot from doing anything. I don't know how to explain, what if i remove that and just write "243 432 432 432 432"?

You are free to remove it and add anything you want. It doesn't really slow spammers down anyway.
