Store

Has anyone gotten the store to function properly yet?

Okay so no one has issues with the store but me? Sure does good to post here..I can see all the help just lining up outside me door..lol

It may just mean you are the only one who has tested it so far.

What are you selling?  I might need one.

When i try to download a free item from the store by clicking the download button i get this error

Here is a pick of the section. Also it duplicated my product. And can we PLEASE get the store product pics out of the photos section and just keep them in the store section. This is way to confusing on front page when you see every photo from site in photo section. Store should NOT be linked with photo albums.

When i click on actions share button

I haven't looked at anything to do with the store yet, but I'll do it this week.

I agree that store photos do not belong in albums.  Neither do group photos or event photos.  Photos and other media have no business being available for viewing from anywhere other than within the module in which they originated.

I've been bitching about this for months.  It seems as though the guys at Boonex can't get the shared photo concept out of their heads.  It makes absolutely no sense to have separate modules for store, groups, events, ads, files, etc..... then co-mingle all the media for those modules. 

LW, I think you need to make a road trip to Bishkek and smack these guys around a bit.  I'll pitch in for expenses.

When i click on button to purchase an item

I get this message box pop up

"The vendor does not accept payments"

Am i doing something wrong here? I filled out all it asked for when placing products into site.

Yes that would be fun..lol And you are SO right about the albums,geez what a HUGE mess this is. It's like every photo added to site is seen in photo section, should stay in section it was downloaded to. I dont like the mix on photo block on main page, real messy..urghhhh 1 step forward 2 steps back. This is worse then being pregnant and thinking your going into labor finally getting your baby out and then you are told it is just false labor for now....

Okay after playing with the store a bit i got it to function for me. Just needed to find the permissions section controling my account to get it to work..lol ohhh silly me. I still have issues with the box that pops up when you click on the share button. Not sure why all those names on there..lol symbols yes,names hmmmm

I still get same error when i try to download a free item from store though. So some works some do not.
