Store won't install - causing other problems

The store on my site won't install.  When I try, it generates the following errors:

By itself this would not be serious as I don't have any near term plans to use it, but it is also screwing up some profiles.  For example, see this profile:

See the menu items on the far right, with the messed up language keys.  I can't get rid of them, as they are in the systems area on the menu builder, and when I try to remove them they snap back.   Worse, it seems to be causing error on my member search functions, though I haven't reproduced it yet.

Anyone know what might be wrong, and what I can do about it?
