Stop template selector

I tested template selector and decided not to use it so there is only one template, the one I have set as default. However my own account still has the template selected from template selector, once the skin is applied there doesn't seem to be a way to reverse that except in template selector but i don't want template selector to be used. So other people that select template in the selector won't be able to see my new template I have applied. How do i change this? 

inside settings for templates it says 'Allow Users To Choose Templates'  but all this does is remove the link, it doesn't revert the templates that are already changed if you see what I mean.

what am i doing wrong here?

I think the selection is stored in the session cookie; you can clear cookies and your browser cache and then when you revisit the site, you should be presented with the default template.  Or, you can turn changing template back on, select the default template, then go back in admin and turn off selecting templates again.
